At Coursary, we value your trust and aim to provide a transparent and fair refund process. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for purchases made on our platform.

1. Free Courses

  • All free courses are accessible immediately after enrollment.
  • Since no payment is involved, refunds or cancellations are not applicable.

 

2. Paid Courses

  • If you purchase a paid course, you are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
  • Refunds will not be processed if:
    • You have accessed/downloaded significant course material (more than 20%).
    • You have completed quizzes, assignments, or received a course certificate.
    • The request is made after 7 days of purchase.

 

3. Course Cancellations by Instructor or Platform

  • If a course is removed or cancelled by the instructor or Coursary for any reason, enrolled students will be entitled to a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method.

4. Refund Process & Timelines

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

 

5. Non-Refundable Payments

  • Payments made for promotional offers, bundled packages, or discounted courses are non-refundable unless the course becomes unavailable due to platform reasons.
